Employee Referral Program*

This program is for employees of Tekallianz Corporation only. If you work for any other consulting agency or on corp-to-corp (third party) basis with us, please check our consultant referral program.
You may submit the profile through email hr@tekallianz.com with reference to this Employee Referral Program if you are interested in any currently open positions. You may opt to receive or not receive emails notifying you of postings that match your set criteria.

Tekallianz Corporations employees have 30 days to apply from the date the job has been posted in order to receive preferential review. You must meet the minimum qualifications of the job to be considered.
Eligibility Notice: To be eligible to apply for an internal position, you must have completed at least three months of continuous service in your present position and have an acceptable level of performance.
Referral Award: In order to receive a referral award, you must send the job to your friend or family member by forwarding this email to him or her directly. Your friend or family member will receive an acknowledgement after a communication is received from them regarding the job and they must mention your name and position with the Job Title interested in. The details are given below:

For you to be eligible for a referral award, the new referred employee must be a regular employee working 20 or more hours each week and must complete 3 months of continuous employment. You also must be a regular employee working at least 20 hours each week for 3 continuous months after the new employee's start date, after which time the award will be distributed. Staff members and Employees with less than six months of experience levels are excluded from the Employee Referral Award Program, as is anyone directly related to the hiring process. Referral awards will be charged to the department hiring the employee. Further information regarding the referral program can be found with the HR department.
Client Referral Program*
TekAllianz pays bonuses for information on new projects and clients.
Provide the following information to register project referrals
with Company:
- Company name and location
- Project manager or project in need of support
TekAllianz account manager investigates your referral and calls
you within 24 hours. If your information results in the placement of
a TekAllianz consultant within 90 days of your call, you will earn up
to $1.00 per-hour-worked by every TekAllianz consultant hired for as
long as they work on the project (up to 1 year). At an average of
2080 working hours in a year, the bonus can really climb!
Consultant Referral Program*
We're always looking for new, qualified computer professionals to join our team. You can also earn referral bonus by helping us with our search. We will continue to pay a referral reward of $3500 (up from the standard $2000) to TekAllianz Corporation employees who refer eligible candidates for Programmer Analyst/Software Engineer exempt open positions and are subsequently hired into the position within 6 months of the referral.
Once TekAllianz verifies that your referral's resume is not already in our database, you become eligible for the referral reward. If TekAllianz hires your referral for any project (more than 60 days in duration), you receive a bonus after the newly hired consultant has worked 320 hours. Bonuses vary based on skills in demand and market conditions.
